Can someone tell me what she is expressing there?

It's Lori while looking at Shane from the distance just before she goes to him for their final talk.

Do you remember which episode that was?
I only ask cause it helps to see the whole expression in context.

Ah sorry I just clicked on the topic though the main forum, didn't think about where it was lol.
I wouldn't call myself an expert on expressions, but I wouldn't mind checking it out. :)
(I'm at school so I have to wait to get home first.)

I read it as a little regretful and despair on her part. Feels a bit sorry for him. She sees him all alone working on the farm (contributing to the groups care) and probably feels responsible for his isolation. Realises she needs to thank him for what he has done though it is a messy situation, but it needs to end.
