OK, now on zombies making noises.

People make noises when the air going in to or coming out of their lungs passes over constricted vocal cords which vibrate. Well and good. Zombies can ALSO make noise this same way, as even though they don't use their lungs for respiration, the nerves that power the diaphragm can still make them inflate and deflate just like their other muscles can move their legs, etc. So an intact zombie can still make sound.

But with just a head, there is NO airflow over the vocal cords, hence their should be no "gragh ragh gragh" from a head only zombie. C'mon AMC, fixing stuff like this shouldn't be out of your capabilities.

usually they at least had lungs, if not a diaphragm to pull on them. This though was SO bad!

They probably thought that its not a huge deal. I mean yeah you're right it wouldn't be able to make any noise. But at the same time when you're working on a 3-4 year project the least of your worries are like 5-10 seconds of a zombie head making noise.

It's a reanimated corpse! It shouldn't even be up, walking, and eating people! Who cares if it's severed head still makes noise!

Not to mention all the dead skin would be decomposed by now (it's been well over a year) the zombies should all be bones walking around.

Seriously. It's a TV show. It's not a documentary on resurrection.

Does this little detail make you not want to watch the show anymore?

I didn't even connect that the headless walker was making noises but wouldn't have been physically able to do so. Shows how much I miss of the details! I have to come here to catch them!

I bet there are some critics who would like to work with the writers of the program--give some much needed advice on what walkers can/can not do! Maybe someone needs to draft up a list and send it to them.

Well its not like theres a book of rules on these things. It is fiction after all, and the writers can do what they please.
We kind of have to be more imaginative than logical. There's only a couple illogical things that would bother me a lot, and one would be if the zombies could suddenly talk like humans again. But other than that, its time to forget that this is a logical show.

Zombies from the start should not even be zombies. There is nothing realistic about a zombie. If you want to start getting technical about their anatomy and physiology the whole concept that there is even a zombie should bother you. There is nothing that needs to be fix since if they start to fix what a zombie can or can not do in terms of their anatomy they would no longer be able to place a zombie in the show. BTW, I love the talking head zombies! They are funny.

Why do floating blocks with a question mark on them contain mushrooms in the Mushroom Kingdom, why?!

A show can be crazy as Hell, but it should be internally consistent. If not, it becomes a joke.
