I have nothing to add, but I wanted to say Alanna's dress on Talking Dead last night was simply gorgeous. And she was very funny in person, just like her character.

 

I am definitely surprised that Tara has lasted this long. She really doesn't have any specific role in the group or the story. Maybe they are just keeping her around to be that official LGBTQ female character.

 

It was! I kept thinking how beautiful she is in white. She's a lovely woman.

 

No, good thinking would have been shooting Simon and pretend he died during the Attack by the hand of the hilltop guys. This is Just lazy writing to keep things going more episodes than necessary.

Yes, she is beautiful. And I got up and stood right in front of the tv so I could admire the fabric of that lovely dress.

 

Yeah, plus they gotta save Simon for Negan. You know they're setting up that showdown.

 

The show just needs to wrap Negan's story up and move on from a character that was very poorly done. About 50% fewer people are watching now than they were at the beginning of season 7 when he was introduced. No it wasn't entirely due to that particular character but he definitely was a significant part of people choosing to call it quits.

 

I think we can all agree that All Out War has not turned out the way we or the show creators were hoping it would. So I agree, by the end of this season, the show needs to move on from Negan. Or at least from the Saviors as a whole and AOW.
