This is old but I figured I might as well should answer, that guy could've been sitting there, dead for ages and ages. Obviously a non functioning and dead body will end up rotting after a while.

He probably shoot himself, turned into a walker and probably someone killed him again.

 

I think he shot himself in the head, then his body just decomposed naturally.

 

I agree, it appears that he shot himself in the head and was just decomposing naturally in the tent.

Am I the only one who thinks this guy was the guy with the daughters who Randall's group raped?

That's very plausible, given that it was around the same area and Randall said his group was never at one place for more than a night.

 

After Randall revealed this to Shane, I sat wondering about this then realized what the significance in that the scene with the guy in the tent was.

 

I would have never thought of this until you mentioned it. Good observation! Oh, and it was Daryl he told.

 

Oh yeah, I always remembered that scene because afterwards Carol asks Daryl what happened and she sees his knuckles are red and sore from punching Randall, and Daryl looks at her and goes 'um...we just had a little chat'. lol.

 

I found that to be hilarious, because it seemed like he was trying to cover up what Carol already knew.

 

Yeah, he saw her looking at his knuckles and he still tried to lie. Haha.

 

I loved Daryl's interrogation skills! Just beat it out of him! Which brings me to my next point...

Randall said he never touched the girls at the campsite. This is BS and Daryl knew that. I loved the expression on Daryl's face after Randall revealed this. If looks could kill...

 

I don't even see why Randall brought that up? Did he want to die? Haha. I mean, it's like 'okay you're beating me for answers, let me tell you something that will paint an even worse picture of me and my group'.

By revealing that, he had just secured his own fate of never getting off the farm alive.

 

One word: Stupid. He was like, "Hey, I raped two teenage girls. Will you let me go now?"

 

Guy looked too decomposed to be the Randall rape guy? Also, doesn't explain where the daughters are. As far as I can recall, Randall's group left them all alive, correct?

 

I think this guy would make a good webisode. Especially if he is the Randall daughter guy.
