It's not a big enough issue to complain about in my opinion. It's true that it was unrealistic, but I've never watched a movie or TV show that is realistic.

 

That's not really true, we see half eaten bodies all the time. Look at bicycle girl we had 10+ zombies chomping on her yet there was enough left of her to reanimate. Or the Hanging zombie who's legs got eaten except for the bones.

 

I don't buy the explanation that Lori's corpse was dragged around a corner by the bloated zombie, who then moved back to the area where Lori died. The bloated zombie couldn't even react to Rick's presence, it was so exhausted/stuffed. Why did it wander back to where Lori died? Also, in the show, it certainly seems as though Rick never found the corpse. If he did, why did he stab the bloated walker's stomach? Seemed like he was trying to "get Lori back" to me. That wouldn't be necessary if her corpse was only a few feet away.

I'm still betting Lori is a partially-consumed zombie wandering around somewhere in the jail.

I believe Lori is dead, that is it, though even I question the ability of that Fat ****er to munch on all that Lori sweetness...
Also, why the heck did they censor the Walker's Boobs on FX??? (middle east airing) It would be very misleading, thinking the walker was Lori. MAN!

 

Lori didn't die. She ran off to be with Shane who also didn't die. They both now live quite happily on Hershel's farm.

 

Yeah, probably laughing at how Jim is sucking at driving the RV while trying to Ram a Zombified Dale.

 

That's what the director wants you to believe, however since the scene was not shown I'm not as certain as you are. There's just too much doubt cast on Lori's fate to be certain. We never see Lori's body and we never see Lori get shot.

Also, Rick found the bullet on the floor. Unless the bullet went through Lori's skull completely, which I admit is a possibility, that's hinting that Carl didn't actually shoot Lori.

All in all...too many coincidences to be sure of anything. We'll know for certain once the prison story-arch is over.

 

...So her death in the TV SHOW is just imminent. And since it is already implied she died, she did Die.
End of Story baby.

 

Jesus, don't you people watch the Talking Dead? Greg Nicotero confirmed she was dead, then eaten by the bloated zombie.

 

@Ricktator: Don't believe everything the people close to the show say. Wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately mislead us from time to time to keep the fans guessing.

That leaves only 2 extremely unlikely scenarios where zombie Lori still exists:

1) Carl didn't shoot Lori in the head, or the bullet didn't destroy an important part of Lori's brain. OR
2) Carl was lying to Daryl and deceiving Maggie.

So...yep...Lori (alive or undead) is gone for good, except in Rick's broken mind. Would have liked to have seen the bloated zombie scene done more realistically, though.

 

LORI IS DEAD, for the millionth time!

1- There was hair and blood in the Walker's mouth.
2- Episode 6 proves this.
3- Logic.

 

yeah, I guess it's pretty oblivious now... but who knows??
