I think the orange backpack would go best with the riot gear. I can see an attraction there. The poncho seems more like a loner, not really open for a relationship.

I'm afraid so. When Rick is trying to comfort everybody after Terminus, he'll say " Hershel was a good man, and he'll always be with us."
Then Glenn will pull Hershel's head out of the backpack and say "Yeah he will. Check it out."
Maggie and Beth will start to cry.
Daryl and Rick look shocked, then look at each other, smirk, shake their heads, and chuckle softly, both saying at the same time "Thats our Glenn!"

I smell spin off series with the Orange backpack. We will follow its journeys with lone hitchhiker and then the WD group and then Terminus stories, onto the next survivor group after that. It will be revealed that the orange backpack represents the viewers journey through the entire Zombie Apocalypse from start to finish through prequels and sequels to the WD. Then they will make a movie version of the backpack's spin off and cast Snooki as the Orange backpack.

 

The Orange Backpack made it to the church (4 walls and a roof). It can be seen on the back of the female Termite when they enter the building prier to being slaughtered.
