I want to clarify that using insults such as "retard" or saying derogatory things about down syndrome is completely unacceptable. That goes beyond the usual trolling or flaming and that is why I will not give warnings to people who use these words as insults. That is not the kind of atmosphere we promote, and we do not want that kind of nonsense on our forums.
