    I noticed he picked it up on the way out of the house -- his iconic jacket from the comic books!

    Yeah, we were talking about this in another thread last week. It so great to see Rick don his comic clothes and really personify the Rick Grimes we all know and love. Go Gimple!

    Hey, I don't know if you already know this, but the first image you posted is from TWD original proposal. The full 6 or so pages is in my albums(it's got it's own album actually), you should check it out if you haven't already. It's pretty neat, seeing just how different Kirkman intended TWD to be compared to what it is now.

    In all seriousness though, I thought it was a nice touch. Glad he's starting to look the part of the bad ass we all know and love(hopefully) in the comics.

    Was he wearing the jacket when they left the prison? I don't actually recall but I thought he was just wearing a t-shirt.

    I actually thought he picked the jacket up in the house (possibly off the guy he killed in the bathroom)...

    As far as I can remember, no. He's only worn his deputy uniform or button down shirts. I cant remember when he started wearing that jacket in the comic.

    Yeah, that's the point of this thread, that he just got the jacket that is very familiar to comic book readers in last week's episode.

    Looks like a type of bomber jacket with a fur collar. My guess is AMC will start selling them soon!
