Yes. She then broke up with Jenner and went to Nebraska. She send Ed Peletier to an unknown place to help writers gain more time for Ed's shocking return. She met Dave and Tony there and she send them to the Bar where Hershel was drinking to threathen Rick and his friends. She even made up the Nebraska story. But Tony and Dave were too clumsy and they couldn't get the job done. She then decided to handle her own business and joined the Woodbury. She became a fake house cleaner and she captured Philip's evil plans. She helped him to kill Merle and Andrea. And then she left with other people like nothing happened and joined the prison where she can finally get Rick.

 

Ms. McLeod was a Vatos......! That f*ckin traitor!

 

No; she saved Merle from the Roof in Atlanta during one of her helicopter rides into Atlanta which drew the herd onto Rick uniting him with the Group Setting up the begtinning of her plan. She then saved Ed and afterward killed the Vatos in fear that she would be admitted by Ed and Merle in a Play for power.
