So about 90 completely innocent republicans had their lives ruined by the democratic deep state conspiracy.

I looked at the source article of the graph you posted. Your really should link your sources, btw. Another way to look at it is that Democratic politicians aren't prosecuted for the crimes they commit. The article shows Obama's presidency has NO indictments or convictions at all. Yet off the top of my head there were scandals that SHOULD have had indictments and convictions such as "fast and furious" where our government enabled the sale of weapons to Mexican drug gangs. Eric Holder, the AG at the time was found in both civil and criminal contempt of congress for refusing to turn over material on the gun running program to then and then... Obama cited executive privilege and the whole thing went away. NO indictments, NO convictions - but criminal behavior? Definitely. You or I would be doing hard time if we did what the Obama administration did - without any indictments or convictions at all.

How about Hillary's email server? A lawyer with 30 years in the government deliberately breaking policy and putting "top secret" classified data on a server that could be accessed by foreign governments? No one was indicted or convicted for that, either, but criminal behavior? definitely.

How about the IRS' targeting of conservative groups, also under Obama? That's been proven to have occurred, but indictments? Convictions? None. LOL, that's just one President, still fresh in my memory.

LOL, in case it needs repeating, all the lack of indictments above shows is that Democrats are much better at making their criminal behavior go away than their Republican counterparts. Don't believe me? Ask Jussie Smollett. He's not even IN government and the Obamas pulled strings to get him off.

    That was an interesting perspective.

Originally the Russians just wanted to screw our voting system up and they hated Hilary, so it was natural for them to want Trump to win. Putin already said that. Then, when Trump cozied up to Putin, I think THAT was the beginning of a Russian hope that he would actually help them.

To the extent that safeguards kept Trump from giving Russia even more relief than he did, of course that was disappointing to the Russians. I'm relieved some safeguards held and that both Trump and Putin were somewhat thwarted.

It won't stop Putin from continuing to try to screw us, and it won't stop Trump from continuing to be a sell out in hopes Russian oligarchs will finance his projects when he is out of office.
