    Any clues as to what the Toldeo sign means at the work camp? It ain’t the Kingdom as that sign can be visible as Rick and Eugene talk (5:13 into episode).

    Maybe it’s Georgie’s community? Since we know they’re in contact with Maggie.

    I don't know if it designates a real place in the show, or its just a reference to the sign from MASH, which also says Toledo on it, and was the character Clinger's hometown.

    It was paying homage to MASH. They had a directional sign there as well with arrows pointing to locations and Toledo was on there. Here is sign from MASH.

    Yes, they specifically said on Talking Dead that the sign was a MASH tribute, particularly Toledo.

    I liked the touch that these post-apocalypse adults have the same tv-watching memories we have.
