What Did Carol Mean?

    At the end of the episode Carol said to Rick "you were wrong, but you're still right." What was he wrong and right about? Wrong about Arron, right about being precautious?

    I took it that Carol thought Rick was wrong about a sanctuary not being there, but he was right not to trust Aaron.

    She meant that even though Aaron came through and was telling the truth about ASZ, Rick was right to remain cautious about the stranger. His 'paranoia' has kept them alive so far.

    I think she's saying that even though it appears that Rick was wrong about ASZ being a dangerous place (so far), he was right to be overly cautious and protective of his "family". Basically, don't let the fact that his instincts were wrong about Aaron and the place deter him from making the decisions that he feels he needs to make to protect the group.

    Edit: Pretty much everyone said the same thing before I did and much better than I did.

    It echoes This Sorrowful Life (to me) when Rick informs Daryl he has had a change of plans about trading Michonne. Daryl says, "I can't say it was the wrong call, but this is the right one,"

    Well, I'm glad I got the general idea. Though it would have been funny if Carol just said it to play with Rick's mind.

    It seems that the writers of TWD like to make a lot of call backs to previous conversations. Hadn't even remembered that! Pretty damn cool
