The second half was better than the first half I think. They pulled off Carol getting hit by a car, and just barely pulled off the van fall. But overall, good episode.

    8.8; round up to a 9.

A bit slow overall, but I really enjoyed the interactions between Carol and Daryl and how we are now pretty much full circle on everything up to this point. Next week should be great.

I liked all the consumed references, window symbolism and C & D little therapy sessions.

I thought it could've been more compressed.

8.761294724893137982193231. Could have been 8.761294724893137982193232 without the van thing.

The only good thing about this episode was seeing Atlanta and the tank again... The writing is weaker then ever. This episode is a 6.0 for me.. this season is been terrible since epi 3.

No reason to rate this episode low unless all you want is mindless action.
    Its called exposition people...

    9. I thought it was a good mix of action, character development, and flashbacks to fill in the gaps and tie this episode to others. I thought the first flashback to Carol's banishment and the Carol/Daryl scenes in the women's shelter were really emotional.

6/10. Disappointing episode overall. It dragged on and took forever to get interesting. Basically nothing happened up until Noah showed up, which was in the last 15 minutes or so. It was awesome to see Atlanta and the tank again, though. The flashbacks weren't bad but I didn't feel they were completely necessary.

    Next week looks good.

8 from me loved seeing daryl taking the lead and coaxing carol out of her misery, like she used to do for him in s3-4. they are very strong on screen together. its very moving to watch, esp becsuse of them resting at the battered wives shelter and him taking that book.

overall this is a much better way of managing flash backs; keeping em short and to the point, a stand out ep in my view even without the rest of team rick. at least 1000 times better than the last 2 eps except for the van falling off the bridge, it shouldve landed on its roof, but pah! a minor point in an otherwise excellent episode, i cant wait to see wht happens next.

Even though there was actually quite a bit of zombie action if take the trouble to count it up, it still felt slow, quiet and talky. I can see some people being turned off, but I really liked that. I like when they take the time to get into the character's heads. I'd rate it a 9.

    Good enough

8.5 for me. Really exciting episode compared to the past two we saw. Does this mean that we automatically give this episode a better rating because we have nothing good to compare it to. Maybe? A lot of psychological factors plays in. Ending season? Hype for next season? spike from a plateau? Just my 2 cents.

8.5. I loved it. The flashbacks were quick and very effective. Daryl and Carol work so well together. I like how they handled meeting Noah. It was interesting with regards to all three of them. Anxious for next week.
