I seen that and it kills me that it left you hanging like that. My only guess would be that he told him where to go, but if that was the case then why didn't he go?

His wife is pregnant or where to go are our biggest bets but for some reason I think it's about Shane and when he tried to rape Rick's wife.

Well I started reading them so it's too late for me. I would stay away from them if I were you and after the series is over you can read all of them and decide which one is better.

I actually never got to the comics, thought about picking them up...but yeah the spoilers might be brutal to learn.

 

Darabont said in a couple of interviews that Lori is pregnant, but he didn't say that this is what Jenner said. Since Jenner isn't in the comics, no one but the show writers know for sure, but I would bet big money he said she is pregnant.

List of Possibilities for what Jenner whispered:

1. "Your wife is Pregnant."

2. "Your wife is pregnant and the kid isn't yours."

3. "I saw Shane trying to rape your wife last night."

4. "Your son is pregnant."

6. "Everyone is infected, but the infection doesn't kill you. Being bitten kills you, but no matter how you die, you WILL come back, whether or not you have been bitten."

If his wife is pregnant, they are going to have some trouble surviving. Keeping that little runt quiet is going to be harder than you think.

But it makes the most sense.

 

o I think after the season opener, where Rick was radioing Morgan and almost spilled the Jenner secret, we can only surmise that the above facts were indeed what the infamous whisper contained. Plus it gels with comic canon.

 

Whatever it was by the look on Ricks face it wasnt good news.

 

If Jenner did tell Rick that Lori was pregnant then why did he freak out on her for keeping the secret? Jenner is about to die and the most important thing he can think to tell Rick is that his wife is prego. Sounds rather silly to me!

 

I think the secret will FINALLY come out in the mid-season finale given the building tension between Rick and Hershel regarding their firmly held, but completely apposing, beliefs on the walker phenomenon. Ultimately Rick's only recourse will be to tell Hershel that the last surviving member of the Atlanta CDC told him that everyone carries the walker virus and will reanimate regardless of the manner of death. I’ll be SHOCKED if the secret whisper isn’t revealed while the group are evicted from the safety of the farm.

 

My guess is the Doc told Rick that everyone who dies comes back as walkers. Example, Maggie falls off a horse and breaks her neck, even though she wasn't bitten, she turns into a walker.
