    That's the top of kelp, it's normal all around the coast down there.

    Don't think so, likely just scenery. Although it would be funny if they showed a bunch of walkers tangled up in it.

    I just finished reading World War Z. There is quite a bit in there about underwater zombies. And then there is the Governor's interest in submerging them too. Maybe this will play into the storyline.
