I think maybe Rick could kill Negan but kill himself in the process like fall off a building or grenade but that would only happen if Rick lost everything.

 

Considering how many times he's said he wanted to, it'd be a shame if it was anybody but Carl. Rick ****ed up by letting negan live. When the time comes to fix that mistake, it should be carl who gets to do it.
