Why do people think the young girl Lizzie is crazy

    I've seen posts on this forum suggesting this and I saw a youtube video also saying this.
    Are you guys all seeing something I'm not because what implies she's crazy?

    I've even seen someone suggest she's the person who killed karen and that other person.... why?
