Very good job. Very watchable. They've obviously been paying close attention to the Edgar Wright school of film editing. No bad thing. The only criticism I'd make is that it's a bit busy, e.g.

Editor: Do we want a heavy industrial soundtrack?
Director: Yeah, put that in.
Editor: Do we want lots of specific squealchy, clicky, growly, snarly, bitey, etc. sound effects for every single action?
Director: Yeah, put them all in.
Editor: Do we want lots of colour effects?
Director: Yeah, put them all in.
Editor: Do we want continuous smoke effects with the zombies?
Director: Yeah, put them all in.
Editor: Do we want a clichéd guy falls to knees and screams over death of his partner?
Director: Yeah, put that in.

I'm definitely eager to watch more though.

 

Yeah, absolutely. I definitely want to watch this movie. The trailer's really exciting.

I saw this at the Toronto After Dark film festival last night and loved it. I won't say too much and ruin it, but the film's take on the zombie virus is one that I haven't seen before. Zombie purists will have to suspend their disbelief about certain things, but if you just go with it, it's really good. I highly recommend checking this out if you have a chance.

Because if they all look like storm troopers it doesnt make for good television.

Eight people all fighting, and you can't tell who is who...
Can't see thier facial expressions.

But I'm not sure what I would wear for headgear, but I'd have something.
