I must have watched it twenty time last night and about 10 today lol

 

2 things I noticed about the ending:-
a) When Alpha was coming forward, the camera was deliberately focusing on her belt buckle. Well, the buckle shape is not exactly a small letter alpha but looks more like the math symbol 'infinity'. I wonder if there is any meaning to this shot. Any theory?

b) Connie was 'trapped' outside hiding in the corn field. How does this part develop? So much suspense! I cannot wait for next episode.

 

Yeah I am legit hyped up for the next episode... Sunday can't get here fast enough!

Combined, these two words give the meaning “he /it that eats his/its own tail” or “tail eater”. A serpent eating its own tail has been depicted in different versions of the infinity symbol throughout the history.

There are a few interpretations regarding the meaning of ouroboros symbol. One of them suggests that the serpent in the symbol represents the cycle of life and death that the Universe maintains.

The snake eating its own tail simply represents the recreation of life through death by the Universe. It is interpreted as some kind of a rebirth of the dead reaching an immortality of sorts.Therefore, it is assumed that the infinity symbol was derived from the original symbol of ouroboros.

BTW, it looks like to me there are 2 female whisperers that are not wearing a mask. The one in pink shirt to Alpha's right and another in the back with blonde hair (to Alpha's left).

Also, I wonder why Alpha's eyes and mouth have those black 'stains'. It is on her neck as well. It does not look like it is some kind of skin disease but looks like she has been working in a coal mine.

 

I think I have come up with a good explanation. When a whisperer puts on a mask, his eyes and mouth area are exposed and the real skin colour could be so outstanding that his faking of a walker be detected right away. So, he would apply some dirt around the eyes and mouth so that these areas are not showing the colour of his fresh.
Make sense?

 

That is the same explanation I gave my daughter last night - and it sure does add another level of creepy to them

 

If those two are not wearing masks then they are in some serious need of sleep AND facial moisturizer!

 

I wonder if they were focusing on the belt, or on the knife on in it's sheath. It was the same knife she was holding in the basement.

 

I wondered why the hell Connie was so far back from Kelly as I watched it. To be such a tight nit group they sure don't stick close to each other. Anyway, I think there is some purpose for Connie being out there so something will come out of it.
