No More Quick Scoping
“Call of Duty: Ghosts” is still a couple months away from its official releases but pre-drama is already building with the announcement [sorta, via the Twitter feed of Infinity Ward executive Mark Rubin] that traditional quick-scoping sniper techniques will not be possible with the revamp of the Sniper Rifle in the Marksman class in “Call of Duty: Ghosts” due to changes in the sway time of said rifle.
“Call of Duty: Ghosts” is scheduled to release on various platforms throughout the month of November beginning with PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 on November 5, 2013.

People will still complain when snipers, who really have no use in the game anymore, will just hip-fire everyone with a 1S1K. People will start to become good at that, and the raging will begin.
