The Rainbow Six XBox One Bundle Is Real, And So Is Another
Yesterday we reported the Italian version of Amazon accidentally let out a photo of a Rainbow Six bundle for the XBox One. Today Microsoft formally announced that bundle, as well as another one no one knew about.
As we previously said, the RS bundle has a 1 TB hard drive and comes with the new Rainbow Six Siege as well as digital copies of the XBox 360 games Rainbow Six: New Vegas and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. It’ll cost $400 and be available anywhere in the world except Belgium, China, France, Japan and the Netherlands.
The additional bundle is a literal wild card: called “Name Your Game,” it’s a 500 GB system that comes with your choice of Forza Motorsport 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, or Rare Replay. You can only choose one, and the copy is digital. This doesn’t really feel like the best deal, what with the smaller hard drive size and the lack of solid disc. But it will be $50 lower than the RS bundle.
“Name Your Game” will be available January 12 in Australia, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, and the UK, followed by America, Brazil, and Canada in late January.
