Who had the best “infected” kill in “So Close yet So Far”?

( @Agramer usually does this for the main show, but since he doesn’t seem to be joining us for FTWD, I have elected myself to post the thread, because I want to play!)

    :hatchet:

    Rules:

Write down the name of any of our characters who, in your opinion, had the best infected kill of the night. Comments are welcome! Gifs are also welcome, but let’s try to have only one or two of each kill.

The kill must occur in this week’s episode only, and must be an actual kill. For example, it’s okay that we missed last week, because technically there weren’t any kills. When Nick ran over Calvin it was awesome, but the infected was still moving at the end of the show.

There will be voting for every episode of Season 1. I will pronounce the Infected Killer of the Week early Sunday, before the new episode airs.

When the season ends, ALL votes will be counted... And we will see who will become the greatest Infected Killer of Season 1!

Tony Davis, could you please sticky this if we get individual episode sections created? :)

And if we don't get individual episode sections, can we all admit that the admins are incompetent?

Welp, I guess Madison takes the title this week with the only infected kill. It was a good one, though!

Yup. Had to be the fire extinguisher. Bonus recognition to Tobias for his effort with the knife though..

I was really hoping he'd be the first to get an infected kill, with his little knife, like maybe through the eye.

Well, the cops did take down that one walker that had the colourful hair, who is "ND Woman", acted by Stormy Ent.

    But yes, Madison's was better.

Hopefully Tobias returns with a bigger knife!

I'd have to look through previous Walker Kill of the Week games, but I'm pretty sure we vote only for significant characters and not for redshirts and such. However, on this show it's entirely possible that the police, army, etc. might have an awesome infected kill. So I'll have to clarify that before next week.

What does the "ND" in "ND Woman" stand for?

    It was "nondescript" in casting.

That's funny, because as it turned out, she has very distinctive hair.

Actually, considering there have been hardly any kills on the show so far, I'll make an executive decision right now and say that you can vote for the police or whomever now or in the coming weeks. So the voting is still open...

I vote for Calvin since it was Nick at the wheel and the truck washing later was a classy touch.

    Hi @dhdhdh33! Thanks for playing.

Nick's "kill" with the truck doesn't count for this week, because it happened in the Pilot episode. This thread is for 1-02 kills only. Also, it wasn't actually a kill because we saw Calvin still moving at the end of the episode. Our heroes hadn't figured out that you have to get the brain. I agree, though, it was a great effort from Nick!

Please come back tomorrow to vote for the best 1-03 kill. :)

The Infected Killer of the Week, with 4 votes, is...

    Madison!

Even though she's the only one of our heroes who had a kill (remember, emergency responders count!), these votes will count towards the overall rankings.

Honourable mention goes to the LAPD and Tobias's knife.
