The whisperers are coming for Hilltop. After Daryl and Lydia's encounter with Alpha the communities must decide whether to run or fight. Eugene's communication with Stephanie gets complicated.

Director: No listing for director BUT I assume it is Greg Nicotero since he will be sitting on the Talking Dead couch with Norman EDIT: Directed by Michael Satrezemis

Writer(s): Julie Ruchman whose previous TWD credits include episode 1008 The World Before
and Vivian Tse who previous writing credits include 907 Stradivarius and 914 Scars

Those are pretty good writing credits.

Yep. Not sure if they worked as story editors under Gimple but even so Ms Kang saw potential and jumped on it

Yes just because a bad coach leaves, it doesn't mean you need to dump all of the players.

Welp, I went back to IMDB (granted, not the most reliable source):

Vivian Tse: Began her work with TWD in season 9 as exectutive story editor for all episodes and eventually given the opportunity to pen her first credited writing for TWD with episode 907

Julia Ruchman - Began her work with TWD in season 10 as producer and episode 1008 was her first writing credit for TWD
