A Rogue Faction Among the Whisperers?

    Someone is sending waves of smaller groups of walkers repeatedly to ASZ. Lydia says thats not how her mom works, and Alpha doesn't seem to have a motive to do such a thing right now. Also, Alpha seems to want little conflict as long as borders aren't crossed [or does she??], yet some whisperers are messing with our people on the ASZ side of the border, it seems.

    Is there a rogue group of rebellious whisperers throwing a wrench into things? Causing the waves, and crossing the border? For what purpose? To cause a war in hopes that Alpha and Beta will lose, so they can switch sides during the war to show loyalty to ASZ and then join them?

    Could be Gamma's plan. Her and her sister didn't seem to keen on everything there.

    I'd say the ghost of the Governor is back, but Gimple is gone so we're safe.

    I was assuming it was Gamma to wear down the group before having to meet with Alpha. That way they might be more susceptible to the demands. I don't see any other Whisperers having the brains or desire to lay siege to Alexandria that way. They all except for Beta and now Gamma seem to be just followers of whatever Alpha tells them to do.

    I had the impression it was the work of Gamma. Taking initiative to weaken Alexandria.

    I don't see a conspiracy here. Alpha is aware of ASZ's power, and knows how much she can throw at them without bringing them down. She just wants to wear them down, so they are forced to meet here, and accept here demands.
