    I've read Akira (and watched the animated film adaptation of the comic) It no longer is published unfortunately.

    Post apocalyptic comic, recommended reading..

    For Christmas my X-inlaws got me volumes 1 and 2 I think its been a long time but I didn't get that far into the comic. The Anime is incredible. Even if you don't like the plot or the violence it is one of the greatest completely hand drawn animated films of all time.
