It was taco Sunday in woodbury. Governor wont stand for this shit...

 

I was hoping it was Nacho Thursday

 

Herschel tears will flow when he learns that the Governor had some spaghetti-O's and didn't give him some.

 

I didn't understand why he pitched it. He was falling down with fatigue, why wouldn't he eat it? Does he really hate spaghetti o's that badly? or did I miss some earlier reference?

 

He just really wanted that Alphagetti with the dinosaur noodles.

 

We don't have spaghetti o's in Australia but we do have canned spaghetti that tastes so bad I'd rather eat pretty much anything than that shit. Does spaghetti o's taste like canned spaghetti? Seriously, even if I were starving the only way I could eat canned spaghetti would be to put a bucket load of salt, pepper, vinegar and chilli on it so that the taste of it was completely wiped out. And even that wouldn't make it taste good because canned spaghetti has a special layer of processed flavour in it that can't be neutralised, like nuclear waste or something.

 

I thought they were beans. Did she mention something about beans or am I just mixed up?

 

...maybe he was trying to stop himself from going soft and giving into the comforts of home, seeing how he was only going to be there for a day before going back on the road and eating cans of cold tuna

 

Maybe he just wanted to wallow in his misery after how he royally F'd up at Woodbury. In Woodbury he would have been having a feast, yet he was there reduced to eating tuna from a can and offered a plate of something that wasn't much of a step up.

 

Spaghetti O's is just circular noodles covered in factory-processed tomato sauce. It isn't that good. Then again, why throw it away when you're starving? I guess we know The Governor hates Spaghetti O's.

 

So did I. I thought she said they had a lot of butter beans.

 

I think TG throwing away the food has nothing to do with his dislike of Spaghetti O's but due to his distrust of this family that he just met. He is cautious and does not want to get drugged.

 

It looked like he was eating a can of cat food, so I don' think it was and issue with flavor. At first I thought it was distrust. But now I think it was more a pride thing. Like "I don't need the charity."

 

yes, it's the same thing, just shaped in "o"s instead of noodles. very, very bad. but otoh, if you chop up a couple hotdogs in it, your kids will love it!
