Army Recruiting Commercials in USA?

    Did anyone else find it sort of ironic that the US Army kept running commercials right after we see the Army in the worst possible light on the show?

    How do you think that particular Airtime was sold?

    I was cracking up and terrified at the same time!:zombies_alien:

    It reminded me of another AMC show: Mad Men. There was an episode when Harry Crane, head of media, is in trouble because an advertiser and the show's content were in direct opposition. The army is not getting the positive light cast on it in FTWD, I'm afraid. I can't imagine that ad generating a lot of butt's in recruiter seats.

    Sadly, I think the idea of being someone like Moyers is attractive to some military wannabes.
