I've watched the scene with Lizzie and LAK several times, and as far as I can tell, Brighton Sharbino put her own hand over the mouth and nose of a real baby. If anyone has inside information about any tricks of the trade that were used to create an illusion, I'd be happy to get the skinny.

 

Not a real baby. No way. It just appears to be real.

 

Judith is deep into her character, she had requested that her co-star actually smother her to make the scene realistic, that is the inside info.

 

So happy, that Judith is alive. When Tyrese turn around and seeing Judith is in arms.
