   Just finished this book the other day. It is the first in a series of 4 maybe 5. Started as a blog/web book before being published. Takes place in Texas which is a hot mess. Starts off good, slows down, picks up at the end. Worth a gander.

   There's already a thread on this at the bottom of the page, the gist of which is the books get progressively worse and the author is a douche bag.
