    @Lindigo since it seems our foray into discussing my search for the perfect area rug irked a few people :rolleyes::cool::D I decided to create our very own Wayfair-esque thread.

    This could really work in my favor. Giving me a place to save rugs from various sites all under one roof so to speak.

    First rug. I keep going back to this one. I say keep going back. I have barely scratched the surface in regard to viewing the vast numbers of area rugs that live in the depths of google.

    Anyway. I love this rug. I do wish it had more of the aubergine (eggplant to you @PepperAnn ) color dispersed throughout

    It is 1/2" pile height, I was hoping to find something closer to the 1" mark BUT my budget may not allow for such extravagances.

    An ombre rug of sorts. I really like this one, though it does seem a bit sedate. Boring.

    And I have not yet taken the time to locate the info on the pile height

    Oh I really love this rug. But I do not think this rug would really love my cats. Especially Monie (my kitty) with his gastrointestinal issues (he pukes a lot LOL). That white background is just waiting for Monie to leave his mark, so to speak.

    Very pretty, but would look dirty IMO if you put a coffee table or something in the middle of it. Also, depending on which way you turned it in a room could give a whole different look. I like it!

    I think this would look better as a wall hanging than a rug.
    Pass.
    If your room can handle the color, this would definitely brighten up the Winter!

    My room is all about color!!

    I have 7 throw pillows on my sectional and they are all different.

    Some are solid colors but with varied textures

    Some are prints

    The colors themselves are turquoise, golden marigold, paprika, a lighter shade of paprika, a gray furry one that I LOVE

    Time for a change

    Find the rug then find new throw pillows to replace a couple of the paprika ones

    I have to be careful with the style of print on the rug because I have an upholstered bench that is quite colorful and the print of the material is intricate
