While Dale and Lori are having their talk, it seems they are alone, but just before they both sit down and start to talk, there's a shot from inside a tent looking at both of them. When you see Dale talking the shot includes that green tent to the left on screen.

Could it be possible someone was in the tent listening to their conversation? I think so. Probably Daryl, he didn't do anything but lay around the whole episode
