When Noah was getting trapped behind a door and devoured by walkers his last words to Glenn were "don't let go". Many saw it as metaphoric. That Glenn shouldn't let go of his humanity, or lose his way. Or give up.

When Jared was stuck behind a gate and getting devoured by walkers, his last words to Morgan were "Let go!" Also probably some symbolism there. Morgan is currently on a dangerous path, with a lot of luggage he just won't let go of.
