Alright spoiler junkies. Thanks for being so patient with us. Good things come to those who wait. Thanks to a source who wishes to remain anonymous, we have a little Q & A for episode 2.03 "Ouroboros":
1. Are Strand's motives made clearer?
He says there is a house in Baja, California, well-stocked, gardens, its own filtration system, fortified walls. That's where they are going, but beyond that, it's still unclear what his motives are.
2. What are the other survivors' purpose for Strand? We still don't know that yet.
3. How did Nick figure out that by having walker blood on him keeps them away?
We don't know since that happens off-screen. He falls down an embankment with 2 walkers, and the next time we see him he's covered in walker blood.
4. Will Ofelia die from her gunshot wound from episode 1x6? How sick is she?
She's pretty sick but still hanging on. Also, Nick is able to find some antibiotics for her in the plane's wreckage.
5. Does anyone die this episode? If so, who?
There were several more survivors of the plane crash besides Jake and Alex (that's her real name, as opposed to Charlie). The remaining ones either die on their own or are killed.
6. Do both survivors of the plane wreck make it?
Yes, both are still alive, but Jake is in pretty bad shape.
7. Does Nick share an special moment with Ophelia?
Yes. He finds a rosary in the plane's wreckage and gives it to her. (Wait. Could it mean..."Nickofelia"? Yes. we went there.)
8. Does Travis grow some balls?
Lol Nope. In fact, he's an even bigger ***** in this episode.
9. Will anyone start showing signs of becoming the leader?
Maybe Madison. Salazar convinces her to talk to Strand since she appears to be more "diplomatic."
10. Will anyone start showing signs of becoming a bad ass? Chris without a doubt. He kills multiple walkers, and even kills one of the plane crash survivors after he begs him to.
11. Do we see new survivors (besides the kid and the Asian woman from the plane)?
No others except the other plane crash survivors who don't make it.
12. Can you tell us something about what to expect at the end of the episode?
You will absolutely hate Strand after that finale scene.

Its usually because the name for the casting call is different than the actual character's name. The casting call for the characters was probably 'Charlie' and 'Carlos'.
