there's nothing wrong with New Jersey, dammit!

 

Ah I know I was holding my hubby with my hands over my face yelling, "baby zombie, BABY ZOMBIE AGHHH!" So creepy!

 

A bloated waterlogged zombie baby wiggling in the sink like a giant maggot would've been disturbing.

 

Eww.

I imagine it would be a wriggling more like a mosquito larvae. I kept waiting for the shoe to move but it never did. lol

 

In my opinion this show needs more scenes like this. The music that kept building up and growing louder as the scene went on, the "hush hush hush" writing that appeared to be written in blood, and ofcourse the little foot out of the water.

Everything about this scene was creepy, and I loved it.

 

OMG...I was thinking the same exact thing when I saw that big wash tub with the overly large baby shoe...Hush little one.....

 

Not to be a realist, but when Denise was in her medical studies ... she would have seen more gruesome things. :Grin:

 

Early before this eppy I was telling someone about Adrian's Undead Diary and the nursery that he comes across. When I saw the baby items in the back room I immediately thought OMG it's going to be on the floor somewhere. That was the creepiest thing I ever read in AUD. And it really translated to TWD.

 

i toally agree, medical school preps you for gross.... I went to Vet School, and i assume that the experience has similarities, very much felt Denise was way too squemish, generally.

but, the baby thing was pretty bad from an emotional standpoint, i get why she had to get out.

 

Yeah, that's how I saw it, too. She could handle the physical grossness; it was the entire scene and all of the possibilities that suggested, the suffering and torment. I've said it elsewhere, but I suspect Denise was a very good psychiatrist, in part b/c of her ability to see the emotional aspect. This is one of the times when that's more of a liability than an asset.

 

Too bad Hershel isn't still around. He could have used that one shoe.
