If Negan is killed at this moment....

    what would happen to the Saviours?

    It seems there is no clear chain of command. The succession line is not clearly well established. In this past episode, it seems that the punk lady was the 2nd in command giving orders to the men. Then there are also Simon and Dwight, who seemed to be in a higher rank.

    Judging from the show so far, I speculate that if Negan is gone now, there will immediately an internal power struggle as no one has the 'authority' and 'charisma' of Negan to hold the entire Saviour gang together. Several factions will be formed and this single powerful large gang might spilt into smaller groups which can be more easily dealt with one by one.

    If this speculation is correct, maybe it is a possibility that they can send someone like Jesus Monroe to assassinate Negan, by his ninja skill.

    They would also go out on control probably killing their rivals within the Saviors and stealing and raping the women/wives at the Sanctuary since there are no rules. And then probably attack the communities and kill/plunder/take it over for themselves. Negan is sort of keeping the peace in a way, especially with 100+ under his command at the moment.

    Negan said Simon was his second in command. He also implied that Simon made his job easier. So either Simon knows how to manage people, processes, strategies, etc. That doesn't mean he could keep it together, nor does it mean that he has Negan's charisma.

    Charisma is everything.

    If they killed Negan at this moment...it would be a HUGE mistake. I know this people that admire him like Simon and Wade would destroy our survivors. We would not have our show anymore.

    If they killed negan right now - the saviors would cheer. There is no respect for negan by the saviors, no admiration, there is only fear of him, most anyone in the saviors who is in the circle of power and not in the peasant class hates him.

    Negan hasn't seen her and I'm sure he will make quite a big deal when he does. We will have Rick in full on savage mode, afterall he basically said she's what he's staying alive for.
