I am guessing she gave him CPR and brought him back before the infection/virus/whatever it is actually got into his system and did what it does.

Ok I thought that would have been a little risky, and I don't know if I would have done it. I mean for all you know he could have bitten her face off. It worked out though.

Yeah, in a post-zombie apocalypse world, I don't think I'd get anywhere near an unconscious or dying person's mouth.

 

im glad she actually made a major contribution to the group finally. but the first thing i thought of is of course it happens when Glen and Carol, the person Rick put in charge and he person most experienced in helping someone, are gone

 

Yeah... I am not certain I would try this new CPR where you just do the heart beat. That still puts you right there at neck bite range. But I am guessing she was thinking if he dies, I am going to be having a baby and Carol will be delivering it... so she jumped in there and saved him. Horrible death right then if he changes...horrible death when she tries to pop that baby and needs a cesarean (sp) So she took a chance.

 

That took some balls and even though I don't like Lori I give her credit for that.

Giving someone CPR when at any moment they might eat your face takes some guts. Even though I don't like it I've got to give Lori her due on that one.

Man, that scene was CRAZY! I almost believed Hershell would become a walker.
Another fantastic scene, very well executed.

I still dislike Lori but she slowly is earning my respect.
You can tell the writers are doing everything they can to make Lori more likeable.

 

Haha... I was joking around as said that Hershel probably watched the Sandlot and gave Lori a sloppy wet french kiss. LOL

I gotta say - I would have had a very very very very hard time giving hershel mouth to mouth in CPR. I could do the chest compressions etc, but to put my mouth on the mouth of someone who just 'died' to bring him back, NO F'ING WAY.

 

I just posted this in another thread - NO F'ING WAY would I give a person who just 'died' mouth to mouth to bring him back. Chest compressions yes.... but mouth to mouth - nuh uh!! Not a chance....

.... I don't think she had balls.... I think that she's just that stupidly impulsive.... and btw - she's still winning mother of hte year awards .... Carl does something cool - while apparantly out wandering round in a prison with no one watching his ass AGAIN! and clears the infirmary himself (ROCKS) and then gets chastised AGAIN...

... if I were Carl I would have told her F*** YOU!

 

As soon as Lori started doing mouth-to-mouth, my son and I both must've thought of that scene from "Torn Apart" and we both shit a fantastic brick!!
