I hate that they had Maggie standing outside the Savior's compound with Carol. Also hate that she and Carol got captured. They should've used the rest of the episode to let Maggie and Glenn celebrate getting home safe, since Glenn's gonna be killed soon.

 

maggie should not be there, but she wanted to, i believe that was wrong, but great for the next episodes

 

Maggie doesn't think clearly sometimes. I know she wanted to help. But the best way she could have helped, is to stay back at ASZ. Because if she would be the one to take Lucille, everyone would feel guilty for not telling her to stay home, to protect herself and her kid.

I do like the Maggie character and I think Lauren is doing a great job. But sometimes the writing just doesn't make sense to me. Who the hell would let a pregnant woman go on a raid?

I feel really bad for Maggie. But I really hope we will get to see her going turbo-badd-ass-leader like comic book Maggie. I think it all depends on wether she will manage to keep the baby. If she lost it she would probably just be a wreck.

 

Well if that were to occur, we could be treated to a suicide attempt... Only this time, Glen would not be there to help her and Abe wouldn't be there to try and put her down.

 

I've never been a fan of Maggie (hated her to be honest). Hated her boring relationship with Glenn. But, now that's his dead I'm interested to see how her character evolve now that she's not screaming "I have to find Glenn....Glenn blah, blah"

I do like her friendship with Sasha - hope they have few scenes this season

 

I really like where her character is heading after Glenn's death and was impressed by her desire for retaliation rather than just showing regret, remorse, and sadness. I think she is a pretty talented actress (although her acting has been up and down at times), but does anyone else feel as awkward as I do when you watch her on the Talking Dead? She can barely get her words out and doesn't know what to say half the time - even with simple questions.

 

Yup. She annoys me on interviews.

 

I agree her interviews leave a lot to be desired. It's almost as if she is off in another world.

 

And like her interviews, this thread seems to have bounced off to another world. Seems like we don't see as much of her on the show as we should.

 

Everything has been about Andy leaving the show (and rightly so!). But don't forget, it was also Lauren's final episode as Maggie for the foreseeable future. Seven years (over 80 episodes), dedicated to entertaining you, the fans of the show... An amazingly talented actor, and an absolutely beautiful person inside and out. So please show her some love! I'm going to miss you more than ever LoCo! ♥
