as much as i love her character, now that glenn's gone she kind of has nothing going for her. i feel like she's starting to get dragged on. her baby and new life at hilltop are the only interesting things about her. i don't want her character to fade out, hopefully she ends up getting even more involved in the Saviors arc...

I agree with most of what has been said here. Maggie in the comic doesn't have much going for her without Glenn. Her baby and being a link to Hilltop are keeping her interesting to me though. I think she could play a bigger role in the comic since Rick needs information about Hilltop she'll be in a great position to help out with that. Also, I can see her "taking one for the team" to try and get more help from Gregory.

I think she's going to get more interesting in the next several issues, of course it would be hard for her to be less interesting as it is.

I agree, after Glenn died she took a serious back seat in character development. I hope we see her do something relevant soon.

She's going to have a major role in the war very soon. Kirkman's pointed it out and covers support. You will be seeing a lot of Maggie.

For me, the moment when she shot the bagwalker in the head, was a moment we could assume Maggie will be the sharpshoot badass comic Andrea is. And I love it.

If they kill of Maggie in the comic, I think it will be by her pregnancy. On the tv show Lori said something about if the baby is stillborn and would ripe her apart from the inside. It made me think that maybe they would do that later in the show or in the comics. I could see it happening to Maggie as a gruesome scene for huge shock

Oh that be a horrific scene to see. Id feel bad for Sophia losing her adoptive mother too. I could definitely see it happening futher down her pregnancy, tho. Like after the Negan arc while it all finally settles down this happens.

It would be so dark! I could see it happening on the show if Maggie is revealed to be pregnant in the next half? But thats how I see it happening with Maggie in the comics if they do want to end up killing her

Kirkman said in Issue 122 Letter Hacks that they kept Maggie's last name Greene instead of changing it to Glenn's last name (which is nonexistent in the comics) so the Greene family doesn't die out, so Maggie has strong potential to make it all the way.
