I think there's more to it than that. I'm very intrigued as well. Some event seems to have occurred somewhere in the 6 year time jump that has Michonne at odds with virtually everyone else. The other communities are regarding her with hostility and suspicion and even her own people--Aaron, Siddiq, Rosita, Gabe and Eugene are keeping things from her and acting behind her back.

So far we have seen that Michonne and Daryl, at least, have X marks branded on their backs. The hostility may stem from people's actions, or inactions, during that time.

 

Yes. There is a ton we don’t know, but she seems to be pretty “affected” if you know what I mean. I now they go and kill Jesus, honestly!!!!
