Morgan in Alexandria

    I was arguing with someone at work that Morgan was in the forest with Rick and the herd. Morgan was there when Rick killed that guy that was bitten. Rick sends Morgan back to Alexandria. Next week Morgan is in Alexandria. I was curious how could he be 2 places at once, And Rick and the group is taking forever to get back.
    When they all heard the horn they headed back to Alexandria. The timing just doesn't make sense.

    He sent Morgan before the horn started, so he was ahead of the herd but still didn't make it there until after the horn started. Remember, he was the one who reached inside the cab and shut it off.

    Morgan was sent back, not because of the horn, but to let the citizens know the parade was "live". The horn started when he was halfway? back.

    People are getting confused because 1 day was stretched out for so long.
    All 8 episodes are only 2 days. Morgan did leave before the horn. He's the one who turned it off. It didn't really take Rick that long to get back. They were still picking up bodies, when he arrived.
    It took Glenn 2 days, because he decided to take a nap under a dumpster. And the other 3 are on the way.
    The time line makes sense, if you put away the time it takes us to see the finished product.
