MW3 is better the Black ops 2

    It's the same every year. People always say the previous CoD is better than the current one. I for one love the current CoD.

    I've not complained about Black Ops 2 at all.. TBH...

    But I agree MW3 was probably a better game - I still shan't go back to it.

    I haven't seen many people say it and IMO it's right they are getting worse and running out of ideas. The lag, hit detection, maps, SMG dominance, Stupidly easy snipers, matchmaking, terrible spawns... Shall I go on ? It makes This game awful. TBH the only reason I play it is because its new.

    Have you even bothered to try port forwarding? A majority of CoD players have not tried it because everyone thinks their internet is the best. That doesn't matter if the appropriate ports for Call of Duty are not open.

    This is agreeable

    I'm sorry, I didn't know not having the ability to have faster ADS or the need of an attachment to reduce sway was considered easy. Of course MW3 was so hard to snipe with it's instant aiming with Quickdraw.

    Let's take a look at the failures of MW3 for a moment, shall we?

    -Assault Rifle dominance
    -Terribly shitty maps
    -Map design was meh
    -Graphics were hideous IMO
    -Spawn system was bad(BO2 spawns are worse though)
    -No post launch support for the most part
    -ACR, MP7, Type 25 overused
    -Support killstreaks
    -Lag(This has been an issue every game.)
    -Encouragement of quickscoping


    I do realize thaat it is all your personal opinion, but at least be fair.

    I think MW3's better than BO, but BO2 is better than both. I've noticed after the patch that I've been killed by BS far less often, which leads me to not rage every 5 minutes. :dance:

    The Treyarch games are awful for hit detection and lag come on its far worse than Any IW game by a long way.. Snipers don't need quick draw in this game and the maps well they complete poo.. Of course it's my opinion but I think people will soon start to agree.

    It's the cycle. When MW4 or whatever COD comes out next you will be saying BO2 is better.

    No I prefer IW cods full stop and I preferred MW3 to BO's. COD4 was better than WAW.

    Imo, COD4 and W@W were the same games (as in the most similar to each other out of any pair of COD games), just with different eras.
    To me, COD4 VS W@W really comes down to personal preference for the most part. I personally preferred the WW2 setting than the modern setting.

    Do you guys not realize COD has always been shit and Pokemon is the ultimate game? I don't play COD anymore but MW3 was by far the worst COD I've ever played. BO2 actually looked okay and didn't look like a rehash of the same bullshit.

    The only problem is that all the noobs flock to the newest game and ruin it, whilst when all the people flock to the previous game for seemingly different reasons, they enjoy it because of the lack of noobs.

    However I see that this cycle is beginning to break, slowly, and Call of Duty begins to break with it.

    So the MP7 complaints were fake?

    Plus, tons of people used the PP90M1.

    Mentioned it twice, but then again, that's how bad the maps were.

    Not like BO was any better. But I was disappointed in it as well.

    BO2's spawns are awful, but two things. It's still a little better than MW3's and don't forget, they still haven't patched the logic yet. It'll go through some bad patches, but will finally be somewhat manageable. They said they were going for the BO logic, so that could mean something. All while the spawns in MW3 were bad throughout its whole life.

    MW3 was the most supported CoD ever/yet. DLC until BO2 came out and tons of patches/fixes. It will probably only get more solid for each game from here.

    Each game will have its overused weapons, whether they're overpowered or not.

    The concept wasn't bad, but the execution was bad. The Stealth Bomber and EMP were the main culprits, while stuff like the Recon Drone (were not broken), but annoying.

    As you said, every game. But still better than BO.

    Better than a year of bad sniping.


    The huge problems are the maps, spawns, and lag compensation. And after that is the community and players themselves (but that isn't the game's fault, it'll get worse every year).

    MW3 was created by Activision to see if people would still buy it, regardless how much of a POS it was. BO2 owns MW3 in any way possible.

    Who knows what's good anymore.

    All this MW3 kerfuffle may very well be blinding people's true opinions to the game.

    Besides, I think people were really obligated to buy MW3 to resolve the Modern Warfare storyline.
