    Thankfully that's crumbling.

And laughed my ass off at the Gabriel scenes. He's bad in bondage because he exhibits the same degree of mobility as always. Only difference is that his voice is even more absurd, and his professional victim routine is even more pathetic. So wished she had loosed that walker.

Oh yeah, yeah, and Michonne's got the "vision" too.

Like seriously, what are they going to do here, rebuild society?
    Of course, that's it!

    So tell me...
What do we do when someone dies in their sleep, like of a stroke or heart attack?
How do we protect the living from that?
Lets not forget, we're all living enclosed so that the one who died has free range access to one and all, and as things progress on such a fateful night there's no way it will be long before the whole camp has been converted to z's... Right, we might have a few who escape, and if we add plot armor and suspend disbelief we can even pretend most of the camp makes it, time after time.

There's more, that's just one little example of all that is wrong with this "vision."
Because in reality there is no surviving forever in the ZA world, the dead always will win this one.
There are in fact some things Negan is right about, this is definitely one of those.

The living are in NO way ever going to rebuild anything at all that even remotely resembles a functioning society such as we once knew, not even close. Certainly it will work in small groups and in the early stages and possibly for some time, but sooner or later it will always crumble.

    Seriously. This.

What's realistic is that they're at least trying and of course there will be challenges, but what kind of life would they all be living if they all had negative ass attitudes? haha

It's always been about living and not just surviving. That's really what Rick's vision is.

There is no risk of restoration of one society. That's not even a pipe dream. There isn't the communication, and travel is severely limited. They don't even know what other communities are out there. They aren't connected in any significant way even with Georgie's group that they do know about. Georgie's outreach explorations must have been stopped or greatly curbed by the deterioration of gasoline. The helicopter group is a complete mystery.

All Michonne is doing is spelling out a set of agreed to values and some established consequences so this handful of communities can get along with each other better.

Yes, the Savior community is "crumbling" away from the other partnered communities, and the bridge probably goes down, but I don't think the other groups will break away from each other.

The push and pull that is going on between all of our communities seems very realistic to me.
