Salem's Lot by Stephen King

    Has anyone of you read it?
    It's about a town called Jerusalems Lot. A writer, Ben Mears, comes back after several years.
    He wants to buy or rent the Marsten House, a very old house, he has known since he was a kid.
    But two other men already bought it. Soon after a little boy disappears...other residents catch the flu, that's what they think.

    It's a vampire story and very well written.

    I saw the movie before I read the book but I did read it in my early teens when I was reading anything written by Stephen King. (The Stand my favorite book of all time)

    I thought it was really good. Both the book and the movie.
