   Re-watching this episode tonight and noticed when they are in Morgan's place, Carl was looking around at the wall and in one spot it was written "sick after blood cover". Wonder if that means that Morgan got that flu?

   I think it's very safe to say the flu thing didn't exist as an idea at that point so i'd go with no. Also he probably would have died.
