I think it's Michonne and Hershel. The red jeep at the fence in the promo also looks like the one they were leaving the prison in during the last episode.

If you are Rick, how do you stop the tank? I personally let them take the prison and pick off the driver when he exits. I would think driving a tank would take special training and not just anyone could get in and do it. Then .50 caliber and pot shot them from the bushes. Rig some explosive to the doors and blow them sky high when they try to come in. Its all I can think of that might work.

 

my guess is that hershel is dead and michonne is captured...

 

Good thing Rick and Carl cleared all of those Walkers out for the Governor.
