I can see your point, but I still find the Tank Camp people naive how a stranger just took control and people died around him after he arrived. They could see with their own eyes, children and old people among them and yet they decided to kill, yet Tara didn't do anything.

I mean, could she not have shot the Governor there? Like Dwight could have shot Negan? A worthy sacrifice? Or two scared, opportunists that didn't sacrifice themself for so many others. And I would say, killing The Governor would be less devestating than killing Negan, a dead Negan would bring a civil war among the Saviours.

So I both think you're right in what you say but also think Tara should look back upon her options if The Governor won, Im sure she would not go against him but do what Dwight did! Try to escape or stay obediant.
