Nope. They are out of the show. Only reason they were created anyways is to finish Beth's story up (who was not a comic character).

My theory is that when Morgan shows up alone, this should be TD new theory, they go back to the hospital because the need for another doctor arises, and our group just happens to know where one is at, and of course they find his latest miracle alive and well, sort of, just one small hole in her head.

 

Beth will lead the hospital group to Alexandria.

 

ya know, it kinda bothers me that the hospital crew is kind of just left there alone. almost like the Vatos were (RIP). i truly believe as Aaron says that people are the most valuable resource in this world. there are not many people left and to come across a group of people and to leave them and be off on your merry way without combining groups is tough for me to swallow. yes, i know that it would have been tough to come together with these cops who were running the show at the hospital, but think of the extra protection they could have provided if they came to Alexandria? think of the supplies they must have - and weapons. not to mention a doctor as well. also, it seemed to me that the bad guys from the hospital had already been taken care of. i guess im just saying that if i were Rick i would have tried harder to convince them to join up. after all, Rick did suggest to even the Governor that they could live together and make it work. can't we all just get along?

About half the characters in the group right now were either never in the comics at all or were dead by this point in the comic. Sash, Noah, Tara, Daryl weren't in the comic and Carol died while in the prison in the comic.

Maggie is a much different character in the show then she was in the comic. Maggie's personality in the comic is more like Beth's (which was why Beth was likely created).
