I bought this book at B&N. I've never seen any of the Night of the Living Dead movies, so I really didn't even get the connection until i read it, and it seemed like it should have been a movie. Amazon.com says: "John Russo wrote the screenplay to the zombie classic Night of the Living Dead which he subsequently adapted into a novel. He also wrote a screenplay entitled Return of the Living Dead, this was never filmed but is now available in novel form."

So, has anyone else read this? Does it follow the plotline of the movie/ movies fairly closely? Is there a third movie? I'm not inclined to watch the movies myself but I am a little curious now.
