I think its because the Walkers were distracted by Carl and she was able to sneak in and out real quick......and because she's awesome.

Yeah, that's how she picked up the picture, she was just able to do it fast (and get on to the roof) because of her teleportation powers.

 

I thought that it was quite obvious. She left a dummy trail of chip crumbs for them to follow.

 

That is exactly the kind of magic they wanted to make. For us to fill it in.

My thought as well, because this did bother me for a while. She said, you stand here, that's how we get this done. She tiptoed in and the walkers, still clawing at the glass doors for some of that tasty veal we call "Carl," didn't notice her. She may have even hooked the picture with the hilt of her sword or some such.
