    I don't understand how or why people get hung up on these petty little details. As has been mentioned, the walkers were all distracted by Carl and banging on the door, so she was able to run in the back door and run out.

    Even so....it doesn't even matter how she did it. The purpose of the scene is why she did it, which was for Carl. She's becoming part of the group. All this is like missing the forrest for the trees...

    How did Michonne get the picture so fast?

    Maybe because of the montage? They probably cut some seconds of the scene so it could end up quickly.

    I did think "Wow that was fast" at the moment in the episode but I also see Bassman's point.

    Did anyone else yell at the screen when Carl was casually leaning against the front door with the walkers behind it? .....¬_¬

    If he was a minor character, you know he would have been dragged in and eaten.
